Prayer & Fasting

The natural things speak of the invisible. Natural happenings on the earth are revealing something that is going on in the spiritual realm. There is a great spiritual conflict, a battle for the soul of our families, friends and neighbors. A rising tide of “tolerance” and spiritual complacency is being manifested and we the church can defeat it through the power of prayer and fasting.   We cannot be passive as a Church and allow those we care for remain in spiritual bondage. Our fight is not against people, it is against principalities, powers, and forces of darkness. We are calling all members and adherents of River of Life Assembly of God to fast and pray one or more days a week so that our church can experience a mighty move of the Holy Spirit, and that the spiritual strongholds that keep our neighborhood, the surrounding towns, our state and our country bound to sin would be broken in Jesus’ name!     If you feel led by the Spirit to join us in this spiritual battle please fill in the form below and commit yourself to seek God in prayer as we proclaim that “man shall not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.” – Matt. 4:4
